marbleturtle
Since I can't build just yet, I'm taking the time to set up my own Cozy web site. I'm getting the framework out of the way so when I start building it will be easy to record what I do as I go along. http://www.maddyhome.com/canardpages/pages/marbleturtle/index.html Anyway, I'm working on links that I think are important or interesting for Cozy builders: John Slade's site (unless you object John!) Al Wick's, Wayne Hick's sites (I just realized the other day that... NO, they are not the same person. ) Maddy's site (of course) Phil Johnson's site Cozy Girrrrrllls Mick Perry (Long Duck!) Wicks and AS&S Of course the official and unofficial cozy sites. Any other intensely interesting sites out there I didn't mention? Quote This ain't rocket surgery! John Slade
John Slade's site (unless you object John!) Not at all. Help yourself. Check the links. Some of them are a bit old. Let me know if any are broken. You might also link to Chrissi & Randy's site - http://www.cozygirrrl.com and Greg Richter http://www.bluemountainavionics.com/greg/aircraft.html Quote I can be reached on the "other" forum http://canardaviationforum.dmt.net
marbleturtle
I've got the girrrrrrlllsss on the list. How could I have forgotten about Greg? That reminds me... need to email him. I also forgot about this forum... This brings me to a touchy subject that should probably be in a different thread... is everyone jumping ship to the Homebuilders forum? macleodm3
It seems it could be a excellent resource at the chapters that involves electrics, engines, etc. It is very important to keep both forums active... they serve different purposes. Joe Patterson
I haven't been Jumping Ship, As in permanent Jump, however, I have on occasion stolen away for a bit of relaxing reading. I as well, am working on a web-site, in preparation for "The Build". Of course, I doubt my web-site could match up to some of the GREATS you mentioned. I only hope. I would include a Link to Both Forums, Anyone Building an aircraft would need both. I mean.........If you are gonna listen to "Airpugnant Blabstards", listen to them all. rmaddy
All the builders' sites you mentioned, including mine, have many links on them. I'm sure the others won't mind, and I sure don't mind, if you pirate all those links and add them to your site too. I chose my links based on vendors I have used and those I probably will use, though I haven't added them all yet. I've also added builder's pages to my links based on how useful they are to me. This criteria is mainly based on being further ahead than me so I can check out my own upcoming work. There are just so many useful links it's hard to keep track. Enjoy. Spodman
I don't have the brains to set up a web site, but I'm having a great time kibbutzing and learning stuff.
