I've talked about this for a while and never had a picture, well, i don't have the greatest picture, but you can see the plywood "tees" that keep things aligned, straight and level.

 

This jig, the turtledeck, doesn't need to be taken apart and reassembled like the wing jig does, but it still makes it straight and level no matter whhere you set it.

 

Just imagine the 1/2 lap joint that is at each juncture
