John Slade
Whats the recommended way to get those little brass tubes into the nylaflow pipe? I'm having a heluva time trying to squeeze them in. I got one in (practice) using a cigarette lighter to heat the pipe, but I'm sure this damaged the pipe. Anyone been there, done that? tonyrothwell
John, Its been a while since I did mine but I do not recall any problem with this. All I can suggest is that you check the parts descriptions to make sure they are the right ones - THAT was a problem I did encounter from time to time when I goofed and tried using the wrong stuff. Certainly did not need any heat or lubricant to get my brass sleeves in. Tony Quote Tony Cozy-3 VH-COZ Australia
unick3
I seem to recall putting mine in to very hot water to soften the tubing before installing the sleeves.
