Asking because I am extremely new to this A/C, and not sure if the builder actually plays a role in the inner wing structure assembly. Thank you! Download the Open-EZ plans on this site for a look at how they're built or there are many builder pages at www.cozybuilder.com and on the web. Or do a Google Images search for "Cozy aircraft spar" and go from there. Short answer: the builder builds the entire wing for the EZ and Cozy, spars and everything.
